Q: Which are the banks codes?

A: The following are some of the more important:

SWIFT - Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication
S.W.I.F.T. developed a Bank Identifier Code (BIC). This code is often called a SWIFT code and codes can be looked up using the BIC Publication Portal

The code is 8 or 11 characters, made up of:

• 4 characters - bank code
• 2 characters - ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code
• 2 characters - location code
• 3 characters - branch code, optional ( ‘XXX’ for primary office)

Please note the following: Branches which are identified by an 11-character BIC neither have a SWIFT interface nor do they have a direct connection to the SWIFT network. They use the SWIFT interface and SWIFT network connection of the institution with the corresponding 8-character BIC. In this case, BANKCCLLMAR is sending and receiving SWIFT messages through BANKCCLL.

IBAN - International Bank Account Number

IBAN is an international standardized form of account number designed with assistance of the European committee for banking standards enabling a unique identification of account, country and bank of beneficiary.
Structure:

IBAN is composed of the capital letters and numerals in the following structure:
• 2 capital letters – country code (e.g. IT – Italy, SK – Slovakia,GB – United Kingdom, etc.)
• 2 digits – check digits enabling program check of account number
• up to 30 digits – bank code, account number – sort code and account number
IBAN can consist of up to 34-digit combination of letters and numerals. IBAN is separated by spaces to a group of 4 digits in a printed form; the spaces between digit groups are omitted in the electronic form.

Bank Branch codes

BSB - Bank-State-Branch
In Australia, Bank-State-Branch (BSB) the unique identifier to the particular office (branch) of a bank which holds bank accounts the numbers are six digits, usually formatted into a pair separated by hyphens (e.g. 123-456)
ABA - American Bankers Association
In the US, ABA is the unique identifier to the particular branch of a bank which holds bank accounts. You can search for the American Bankers Association (ABA) Routing Numbers of U.S. Banks using the Federal Reserve E-Payments Routing Directory. The numbers are nine digits, usually formatted into 4-4-1 separated by hyphens(e.g. 1234-5678-9)
Sort Code
In the UK, Sort Codes are the unique identifier to the particular office (branch)of a bank which holds bank accounts the numbers are six digits, usually formatted into pairs separated by hyphens (e.g. 12-34-56)
Transit Code
In Canada, Transit Codes are a unique identifier to the particular office (branch)of a bank which holds bank accounts. The numbers are eight digits, usually formatted into 5-3 separated by hyphens (e.g. 12345-678)
Bankleitzahl
In Germany/Austria, Bankleitzahl (BLZ) are the unique identifier to the particular branch of a bank which holds bank account. In Germany, the numbers are eight digits, usually formatted as 3-3-2 (e.g. 100 200 30).

A: Your account information is updated every business day with new transactions that posted to your account the previous day.

Q: Are wire transfers possible to and from my checking account?

A: Yes! Funds can be transferred to and from accounts by wire transfer

Q: How do I make a deposit to my account from a remote location?

A: You can do most of your banking by using wire transfers transactions.

Q: When do I have access to use Internet Banking?

A: With Online Banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Q: What type of account information can I access through the Bancoii Internet Banking?

A: Bancoii INTERNET BANKING provides you with around the clock access to your account information. Now you can review even more detailed portfolio information than what is contained within account statements, including:

• Account Summary of assets by major classes (ex. cash equivalents, fixed income securities, equities etc.)
• Investment details (including ticker symbols, P/E ratios and financial ratings)
• Portfolio % and market value pie charts and bar graphs
• Market Value charts
• Previous day's or previous month's end asset-holding profile (including the number of shares, current unit cost, market value and a description of the assets held in your portfolio)
• Recent transactional activity (chronological or broken down by asset)

In addition, you can specify information preferences (such as turning on/off certain fields and selecting the transaction history period) as well as download data for financial reports or presentations.

Q: Is there a charge for Bancoii Internet Banking access?

A: No. There is no charge for this service.

Q: How do I sign up for Bancoii Internet Banking? How long does it take to sign-up?

A: Simply fill out a Bancoii Internet Banking user application. Your application will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt. You will then receive confirmation of your enrolment and qualified user names and temporary password.Your Bancoii Internet Banking access will be activated following distribution of the confirmation materials.

Q: What accounts are available for viewing through Bancoii Internet Banking?

A: Bancoii Internet Banking offers you web access to your accounts, including custody, trust, deposit, current and expatriate accounts.

Q: How often is my account information refreshed?

A: The account data is updated every business day between fixed hours.

Q: Can I provide access to particular individuals within my company or household? Also can my lawyer, accountant or other advisors be provided access to my accounts?

A: Yes. Bancoii Internet Banking simply is an additional way to deliver account information. When you submit your user application, you can specify additional individuals whom you wish to have access to your account(s). Only authorized individuals can access the site or your accounts.

Q: How secure will my account information be? Is a user name and password enough to keep out intruding third parties?

A: Bancoii Internet Banking features advanced Internet access security protocol to ensure privacy and account data protection. The log-on screen requires an assigned user name and personal password. We will send you written confirmation of your user name and initial password ID under a separate cover. Your username will be activated following the distribution of the confirmation materials.

Q: Can I 'bookmark' Bancoii Internet Banking for more convenient access?

A: No. But you can bookmark Bancoii home page for easier access.

Q: What kind of computer software and hardware are required for Bancoii Internet Banking access?

A: You will need an IBM-compatible PC, Pentium or better with Internet access.The browser has to be either MS Internet Explorer version 4.0 or better; or Netscape version 4.0 or better.
